The 5 villages that make up the Olympiaregion Seefeld have, for many years now, been providing cross-country skiing facilities and conditions that are unparalleled anywhere else in Europe. Our network of trails offers a veritable haven for all cross-country skiing enthusiasts.
With 279 kilometres of immaculately groomed trails covering all levels of difficulty, both beginners and experts alike can enjoy the sport to the full. With 154.3 km of trails for classic-style skiing and 124.7 km for skating-style skiing, the ratio between the two types of trails is more or less equal and many sections have both types of trail running parallel to one another – and all set against the stunning mountain panorama of the sun-blessed Seefeld high plateau.

Sun-drenched, immaculately groomed slopes and state-of-the-art lift facilities guarantee exhilarating ski fun for everyone – from the littlest tots to the most seasoned experts. The Olympiaregion Seefeld has a small yet superb selection of alpine ski areas boasting 37 kilometres of slopes and some 30 cable-cars and lifts.
During the winter months too, the Olympiaregion Seefeld offers a haven for walking and hiking enthusiasts.Nestling amidst a breathtakingly beautiful snow-covered landscape are 142 km of cleared and gritted trails.
The pristine natural surroundings make it easy to switch off and unwind, to simply breathe in the fresh, clear air and soak up the magical scenery – and perhaps stop for a refreshment at one of the cosy, rustic little mountain huts. Whether you’re an amateur or an expert, the region offers you many opportunities to indulge in your favourite sport during the winter months too. And, last but not least, the Seefeld high plateau also offers a little paradise for snowshoe devotees – complete with a breathtaking vista.

How to take part? Upon arrival, you’ll receive your regional guest card directly from us. This card enables you to take part in the programme of activities either free of charge or at a greatly reduced cost. In order to take part in the activities, it is vital that guest card holders are in possession of their guest card.
